Terms of Service

You may use TX CDL Network only for lawful recruiting, job-search, application, and related business purposes. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent documents, interfere with the service, test its security without written authorization, or use automated access that creates unreasonable load.

The application experience is intended for drivers who hold the license and qualifications required by a listed role. A document-verification result does not establish every legal or employer-specific qualification and does not replace required hiring checks.

Job availability, duties, schedules, pay, benefits, requirements, and hiring timelines are controlled by the applicable employer and may change. TX CDL Network does not guarantee that a listing remains open, that an applicant will be contacted, or that an applicant will receive an interview or offer.

Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions, background checks, motor vehicle record checks, employment eligibility requirements, notices, consents, and compliance obligations.

The site may link to job boards, employers, identity-verification services, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. TX CDL Network is not responsible for content or transactions controlled by an outside service.

You may receive operational messages needed to administer a profile, verification, or application. Marketing messages are optional and depend on the consent choice presented when you create a profile. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Submit identity documents only through the secure application workflow. Do not send them through ordinary email, text messages, or social media.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, vendor changes, or business operations. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. TX CDL Network disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. To the extent permitted by law, TX CDL Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or an outside listing.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
