Optional marketing messages are sent only when you select the marketing-consent option. Operational messages about an application or verification may still be necessary to provide the service you requested.

TX CDL Network uses a hosted identity-verification provider to process submitted identity documents and return verification results. The current document check is not a live motor vehicle record or DMV status check.

Do not send identity documents through ordinary email, text messages, or social media. Use only the secure verification workflow provided through the application.

We use service providers for hosting, content management, private data storage, identity verification, communications, and security. These providers process information as needed to perform services for TX CDL Network.

The jobs page may also display listings sourced from public job boards. When you follow an outside listing, the destination site controls its own collection and use of information under its privacy policy.

Application information may be made available to personnel and companies involved in evaluating a role, subject to appropriate access controls. Verification and identity information is restricted to the functions and authorized users that require it.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction where appropriate safeguards apply. We do not sell identity documents.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for recruiting, application administration, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Retention may vary by data type and application status.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

You may opt out of marketing communications using the instructions in a message. You may also request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by using the current contact information published on our Contact page.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

The service is intended for adults seeking or offering commercial driving opportunities and is not directed to children under 18.
